The Maps Shelf
A map is a record of a known territory, the unknown has no map...

The soul has no map or plan of action—there is no doing. Doing comes from the known, the map of the mind. It’s the action taken from concepts, ideas, or beliefs. Being is the unknown. Being is in the unknown. Inspired action comes from flow, there is no forcing, no doing. There is no map or plan to follow; life unfolds. It nudges, it prompts, it’s a mystery to uncover. There’s no fear in the unknown; it’s a sense of freedom beyond words or feelings.
The Unknown never lets you down.
The Unknowing never lets you down.
One is the promise. One is the posture. Knowing keeps you safe. Unknowing sets you free. Fear can't exist in the unknown. It can only exist in the known. Unknowing is the doorway into the unknown. The unknown is the space that unknowing opens into. They are not two things, but one movement: The mind falling silent, and reality appearing as it is. The unknown: isn't a waiting room between two knowns. It's the field from which everything actually emerges. It's a home with no walls.
